Lauren Battista MA, LPCC, studied Sociology at The University of Colorado at Boulder where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree and went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Adam's State University. Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with over four years of experience working in the mental health field. 

Lauren is also a certified aerial yoga and fitness instructor and is passionate about helping people find balance in their lives both mentally and physically. She has experience working with clients suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and more. Lauren strives to empower clients to become their best selves by providing them with the support, knowledge and tools they need to work towards their specific goals. When not working with clients, you can find Lauren spending time with her pups, reading a good book, traveling or practicing aerial yoga.
